摘要
目的探讨多次Z字皮瓣在较大眼睑皮肤缺损的应用效果，提出新的手术方式。方法眼睑皮肤缺损31例（38眼）使用多次Z字皮瓣进行修复。结果31例（38眼）眼睑皮肤缺损修复良好，未形成眼睑畸形，不影响眼睑的美容和功能。结论多次Z字皮瓣可以较好地修复眼睑皮肤缺损。
Objective To investigate the application of repetitious Z flap in the eyelid skin defects,seeking a new operation method.Methods 31 cases(38 eyes)were treated for eyelid skin defects by repetitious Z flap.Results All cases were successful with repetitious Z flap.No deformity occurred.The cosmetic and functional results were satisfactory.Conclusion Repetitious Z flap has a good application value and stable effect for skin defects of the eyelid,with restoring the eyelid function.
