摘要
利用建筑废弃物生产再生骨料时会产生一定量的粒径小于0.075mm的再生粉料。本文从两类有代表性的再生骨料中筛取再生粉料,将其按照5%、10%、15%及20%的质量比例掺入水泥中,发现两类再生粉料使水泥的标准稠度用水量增大,但不会影响凝结时间和安定性;掺入再生粉料后使水泥的强度下降,但当再生粉料掺量高达25%时,水泥的强度仍然满足其它硅酸盐水泥32.5强度等级的要求。
A certain amount of powders whose particle size is less than 0.075mm would be formed when recycled aggregates are produced using construction wastes.Two types's recycled powders which are gained by sieving the recycled aggregates are added in cement according to ratio of 5%,10%,15% and 20%.It is showed that the recycled powders increase the water amount for standard consistency,but do not effect the setting time and soundness.The recycled powders decrease the strengths of cement,but the strengths meet the requirements for 32.5 strength grade of compound Portland cement when the dosages reach 25%.
