摘要
通过对6101合金在不同热处理条件下的组织研究,总结分析在不同热处理条件下的合金显微组织特征,及其相应的拉伸性能指标。试验发现,该合金随着热处理温度的升高性能达到一个较高的值,随后随温度的升高合金性能缓慢下降,同时晶粒粗化比较明显,晶粒粗化对合金制品的性能影响较大。
The microstructure characteristics and property and its corresponding tensile properties were summarized and analyzed under the various heat treatment condition of 6101aluminum alloy.The test results show that the higher property of the alloy can be obtained with the increased temperature,then the property decreased slowly with the further increasement of the temperature,while the grain coarsened obviously.The coarsed grain can influence the property of the alloy products.
