摘要
淡水鱼类对植物性饲料中的植酸磷、非淀粉多糖等营养成分消化率低,影响了植物性饲料的饲喂价值,限制其应用。饲用酶制剂可以不同程度上提高植酸磷、非淀粉多糖、蛋白质等物质的消化率,提高饲料利用率,并已得到广泛的研究和一定程度的推广。实际生产过程中,由于添加工艺限制,酶制剂在鱼类消化道中的活力不同程度的下降,影响其作用效果。本文将综述近年来淡水鱼饲料中添加饲用酶制剂的作用效果及饲用酶制剂添加工艺的发展思路及展望。
The phytate and non-starch polysaccharide(NSP) in cereals could scarcely be digested by freshwater fish, which could reduce the nutritional values of feed,and limit their application in fish feed.It had been widely studied that the supplementation of enzymes such as phytase and NSP-enzymes in the fish feed could improve the digestibility of phytate,non-starch polysaccharide, and enhance the growth of the fish.However,the deficiency of the method in adding enzymes decreased the activities of the enzymes in the digestive tract of the fish and limited the use of enzymes in fish feed. In the article ,the effects of enzymes in freshwater fish diets in recent years and the improved methods of adding enzymes were reviewed.
