摘要
抗菌肽是生物体内一类具生物活性的小分子多肽,由于从天然资源中提取成本高,得率低且化学合成价格昂贵,利用基因工程技术生产抗菌肽具有重要意义。酵母表达系统具有表达量高,利于产物分离纯化等优点,利用酵母表达抗菌肽具有很好的前景。本文综述了毕赤酵母表达系统表达抗菌肽的最新进展。
Antimicrobial peptides are bioactive polypeptides with small molecular weight in organism.Because it is expensive to produce antimicrobial peptides by extracting from natural resources or chemical synthesis.Extracting antimicrobial peptides by genetic engineering technology becomes important.Yeast expression system has the advantage of high level of expression and purification,and so on,which make it has good prospect in antimierobial peptide production.Research progress of P.pastoris yeast expression of antimicrobial peptides were reviewed in this paper.
