心房纤颤患者的脑卒中危险的分层 被引量：1

摘要 心房纤颤为老年人群中一种常见的心律失常,其发生率随年龄增大而增加,与老年人窦房结、结间束肌纤维减少及纤维增生、心脏功能退变有关。临床观察发现,老年心房纤颤患者往往没有心脏瓣膜病,故又称为非瓣膜病心房纤颤,病因以冠心病、高血压、心肌病、甲亢性心脏病、特发性心房纤颤等居多。本研究主要从病症出发,分析此病对患者不同程度的危害分析。
