摘要
介绍耐磨高强度尼龙6 材料的制备和性能。采用复合耐磨剂、玻纤和尼龙6 多元复合共混改性技术制备了耐磨高强度尼龙6 材料,结果表明,耐磨剂和玻纤对提高材料的力学性能有协同效应、耐磨剂含量对材料的熔点无影响,但能提高材料的结晶度和热变形温度,耐磨剂和玻纤在改性尼龙6 中的总量比不超过40 % 为宜,其中耐磨剂的含量比不超过10 % 为宜。
s The development and property of wear resistant and high strength PA6 are introduced.Wear resistant and high strength PA6 was prepared by means of multi composite and blending of composite wear resistant agent,glass fiber and PA6.The results showed wear resistant agent and glass fiber had synergistic action on the improvement of the mechanical properties of the composite;the content of wear resistant agent had no effect on melting point of the composite,but could increase the crystallinity and thermal deformation temperature.The total amount of wear resistant agent and glass fiber filled in PA6 would not to be more than 40%,in which the amount of the wear resistant agent would not to be more than 10%.
