摘要
直径220 mm、长约5 m的Q345E钢锻件,除要求常温强度和塑性性能外,还要求较高的低温冲击韧度。该锻件经调质处理后,低温冲击性能达不到要求。后来对该锻件采用合理的装炉方式并进行雾冷正火处理,结果其综合力学性能达到了要求。
The Q345E steel forgings 220 mm in diameter by about 5 m long are required not only to have sufficient strength and plasticity properties at normal temperature but to have higher low temperature impact toughness.The forgings quenched and tempered were fail to conform with the requirement of low temperature impact toughness.Afterwards,the forgings were reasonably loaded in furnace and normalized by austenitizing and fog cooling,as a result,their comprehensive mechanical properties conformed with the requirement.
