摘要
Z1451机架是六辊冷轧机主要铸件,质量要求高。通过对铸件结构的分析,结合车间实际生产情况,确定了内外冷铁并用的铸造工艺,并经计算机模拟验证。以此工艺生产出的机架经过正火、回火热处理后,性能和质量达到了客户的检验标准,从而缩短了生产周期,为整套产品按时交货奠定了基础。
Z1451 roller housing is an important part for 14 meters rolling mill of MCC-SFRE Heavy Industry Equipment Co.,Ltd.for its high quality request which must be finished at a short time.According to the analysis on structure of steel casting,considering producing condition of foundry,foundry process of using inner chill iron and outer chill iron at the same time was determined and tested by computer simulation.After normalizing and tempering treatment,roller housing cast by this process has passed through the inspection standard of client.This process design reduces the producing period and sets a well base for finishing entire product in time.
