BK病毒感染与造血干细胞移植后出血性膀胱炎的关系 被引量：1

摘要 出血性膀胱炎(HC)是造血干细胞移植(HSCT)后常见并发症之一。以往多认为环磷酰胺(CTX)的药物毒性是引起HC的主要原因。目前有文献报道环磷酰胺、马利兰等药物毒性主要与移植后早期HC相关,而迟发性HC与造血干细胞移植后BK病毒、CM病毒、腺病毒等感染以及GVHD密切相关,尤其是BK病毒感染与HC的关系日益得到重视。现就此做一综述。
