摘要
目的探讨通过胃镜置入胃内水球(BIB)治疗肥胖症的效果。方法总结2010年7～10月采用胃内水球疗法治疗8例患者的临床资料。结果 8例患者均治疗成功,未出现术后并发症,术后随访减肥效果良好,应用胃内水球术后月平均减轻体质量3.6kg。结论胃内水球术是治疗肥胖症的有效方法,具有微创、痛苦小的特点。
Objective To investigate the results and experiences in treating obesity with bioenterics intragastric balloon（BIB） using gastroscopy. Methods We treated 8 patients with BIB using gastroscopy from July 2010 to October 2010. Results All patients were successfully treated,there were no side effect after treatment with good weight loss results. Average monthly weight loss was 3.6kg. Conclusion Bioenterics intragastric balloon treatment is effective in treating obesity with no-trama and low pain.
