摘要
将三种新型添加型阻燃剂,以高浓度加入PET基体中,制成阻燃母粒,然后将母粒加入聚酯切片中纺丝.结果表明:三种阻燃样品均具有较好的可纺性.添加含溴高聚物的阻燃丝的性能比纯PET下降较小,添加芳香族溴化物阻燃剂的次之,添加溴化磷酸酯使PET纤维的性能下降较大.
The flame-retardant master batches consisting of three novel flame-retardants with high concentration and PET matrix, are added into PET chips to melt-spinning.The result shows that all of the melt-spinning samples have good spinnability. In view of mechanical properties of flame-retardant PET fiber, the samples that contain brominated polymer FR and aromatic brominated FR have a mechanical properties closing to pure PET fiber, but there is an obvious decrease when using bro-mophoephonate FR instead.
