摘要
采用原位红外光谱法研究了在不同制样条件下,苯乙烯的挥发对不饱和聚酯树脂的固化过程及固化产物的影响。结果表明:对于密封体系,固化时苯乙烯与不饱和聚酯反应较完全,形成网状结构,体系的转化率较高,固化反应速度也较快;而对于非密封体系,由于苯乙烯的大量挥发,导致体系的固化反应不完全,转化率低,当苯乙烯挥发到一定程度时。
The effect of volatilization of styrene on the curing process and curied product of unsaturated polyester resin was examined with FTIR in situ for different curing conditions.A relatively higher reaction rate and more complete reaction extent ocuuried in confined reaction system; Whereas,the lost of styrene leading to an uncomplete curing reaction,a lower curing reaction stage was observed in non confined reaction system.Especially,when sytrene volatilized to a certain extent,the curing reaction seems to stop thoroughly.
