后颅窝骨巨细胞瘤一例被引量：1

摘要患者女，19岁，反复阵发性头痛数年，以后枕区为主。无恶心、呕吐及其他神经症状，休息后好转，一直未予以重视，未行任何检查和治疗。因症状渐加重10d，并出现反复呕吐，于2008年12月10日就诊。
