摘要
中国工商制冷行业是中国CFCs物质的消费大户,为了保护臭氧层,必须对其进行替代转换改造,在多边基金的援助下,该行业的替代转换改造工作正在进行之中。但在替代转换改造过程中所采用的技术路线从长远看以及从其它角度看并不是完全理想的。本文简要介绍了中国工商制冷行业在替代转换改造中选择的替代技术、替代品的现状,指出替代技术的不足,并提出了积极的建议。
Chinese Industrial and Commercial Sector is a major CFCs substances consumer in China. In order to protect o-zone layer, these substances must be replaced or converted. By the aid of MLF, the replacements or conversions in this sector are under way. However, from a long point of view and other aspects, the technological lines adopted in the replacements or conversions are not completely desired. Substitution technologies selected in the replacement of conversion, predicted demands for substituties, shortcomings of substitution technologies and proposals are presented in this article from a long point of view and other aspects.
