摘要
西安市农村义务教育寄宿制度学校普遍存在着后勤经费不足,后勤管理理念落后,人员缺编,专业知识缺乏,基础设施落后等问题。要解决这些问题需要相应的经费投入,本文在调研的基础上,分别预算出使用正式编制或临时雇用后勤人员,后勤管理经费的投入数据,以资为政府拨付后勤管理经费提供参考依据。
This paper points out difficulties such as financial constraint and backward managing idea,by investigating logistic management present situation of the Xi＇an rural boarding elementary and middle schools.Based on the survey,it is budgeted expenditure data,with employment of formal or temporary staff in logistics department of Xi＇an rural boarding elementary and middle schools,in order to provide a scientific reference for government funding allocation.
