摘要
马斯洛的需要层次理论是研究人的需要结构的一种理论,在心理学界有着重要的地位。随着外语教学理论的不断发展和大学英语教学改革的不断深入,需要层次理论对外语教学的指导作用日益明显。当前的英语教学改革应坚持以学生为主体,面向全体学生,满足学生的需要,使学生逐步形成自主学习的能力。
Maslow＇s Hierarchical Theory of Needs has a very important position in the fields of psycholinguistics and language teaching.With the development of ELT reforms in China,Maslow＇s theory has been more and more emphasized in teaching practice.This article studies students＇ needs and puts forward some tentative suggestions on college English teaching.
