摘要
在70 份三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM) 与30 份三元共聚尼龙(PA) 的共混体系中掺入15 份的氯化聚乙烯,采用过氧化物硫化体系,可作为耐热氧老化的高性能弹性体的基础配方。实验结果表明,与未采用PA 增强的EPDM 过氧化物硫化胶相比,EPDM/ PA 共混物的撕裂强度及拉伸强度有大幅度提高,耐热氧老化性能优良,磨耗及动态生热有明显改善。
Elastomer with high mechanical properties and excellent heat and oxygen resistance was prepared in the blending system of EPDM/PA(70/30)by blending with 15 phr of DCP. The results showed that the tear strength,tensile strength,heat and oxygen resistance, abrasion and dynamic heat generation of the blends improved significantly. The micro-morphological structures of these blends were studied in certain degree.
