摘要
研究了4种林药间作系统下石蒜(Lycoris radiata)叶片叶绿素及其荧光参数日变化特征。结果表明:(1)石蒜叶片叶绿素总量在适宜生长的11月份最大,其值基本稳定在1.84~2.16 mg/g,叶绿素a/b值在1.38~2.05,不同林型培育方式对叶片叶绿素总量及叶绿素a/b值没有影响。(2)不同林型培育方式下石蒜FV/FM值日变化曲线呈大V字型,即07:00之后,FV/FM值缓慢下降,13:00 FV/FM达到全天最低值,随后缓慢回升。(3)林药间作系统下石蒜叶片叶绿素荧光参数FV/FM(0.793)高于全光照下的FV/FM(0.779),两者达到极显著差异,说明遮荫条件下石蒜叶片叶绿素分子的捕获激发能的效率比全光照下的更高。(4)随着间作树种荫蔽程度加大,石蒜叶片叶绿素荧光参数FV/FM值比全光照下的FV/FM分别超出1.54~2.48个百分点,证实石蒜对逐渐加大的遮荫具有适应和反馈能力。
A study of chlorophyll content and diurnal changing characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence of Lycoris radiata under inter-planting system of forestry and medicinal herb was carried out.The following results were obtained:(1) Chlorophyll content of L.radiata's leaf arrived at the peak on Nov.under different inter-planting species,with the values almost keeping stable from 1.84 to 2.16 mg/g,while the ratio of Chlorophyll a/b varied from 1.38 to 2.05.Inter-planting tree species did not influence the leaf chlorophyll content and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b.(2)The curve of diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence showed a V shape,i.e.it slowly went down from 07:00,arrived at the lowest point at 13:00,then gradually rose again.(3)The average value of Chlorophyll fluorescence(FV/FM,0.793)of L.radiate cultivated under different inter-planting tree species remarkably surpassed the data(FV/FM,0.779)of that cultivated under full-exposure,the results displayed that the difference between the former and the latter reached a significant level.This showed that the efficiency of acquiring excitation energy of the former leaf chlorophyll was stronger than that of the latter.(4) With the elevation of shading,Chlorophyll fluorescence(FV/FM) of L.radiata leaf was higher than those under full-exposure with range from 1.54% to 2.48%.This results suggests that L.radiata's leaf has the ability to adapt and feedback to the gradual changes of shading.
