摘要
以松香改性醇酸树脂作为快干高固含量聚氨酯涂料的经基树脂，研究了松香对树脂的分子量和粘度的影响，以及羟基脂的酸值和配比对聚氨酯涂料活化期的影响，通过正交试验优选了羟基树脂的配方，讨论了双组分聚氨酯涂料的快速固化机理。
Resin-modified alkyd resin served as high solid content hydroxyl resin of two -component polyurethane paints. The authors presented the optimum formulation by orthogonal experiment method the effects of resin on molecular and viscosity of hydroxyl resin and the effects of solid content of hydroxyl resin and the ratio of components on polyurethane paint were examined. The curing mechanism of two-component PU was discussed.
