摘要
从节能高效的角度出发,研究设计了一种新型的游梁式多井抽油机,该抽油机结构是按照"一机多井"、"系统互平衡"、"节能高效"的设计理念,并在技术成熟的游梁式抽油机基础之上进行组装和改进而研制的一种新型多井机结构。详细阐述了该新型多井机设计构想的提出、结构设计要求、构型提出、工作原理以及性能分析。将几个游梁式抽油机曲柄轴通过某种装置固结在一起形成一个总轴,曲柄之间错开一定的相位,均衡系统间的载荷和扭矩,达到系统间的互平衡。
From the perspective of energy-saving and high-efficiency,the authors researched and designed a new type of multi-well beam pumping unit,which is basedon the design ideas of "one motor for more wells","interactive balance in the system" and "energy-saving and high-efficientcy",and assembled and improved with the developed traditional beam pumping unit.This paper introduced the design concept,structural design requirements,the configuration,working principle and performance analysis of this mechanism.This new unit assembled several beam pumping units together through a cartain device to form a general shaft,and there is certain phase difference among each crank,so it can equalize the load and torque of the system for achieving the interactive balance of the system.
