桁架结构有限元及试验模态分析 被引量:21

Finite Element and Experimental Modal Analysis of the Truss

摘要 在ABAQUS软件中分别用梁单元和壳单元建立了桁架有限元模型,并利用有限元模态分析得到其低阶固有频率和振型。同时采用锤激法对中间节臂架进行了试验模态分析,利用LMS PolyMAX分析方法对试验结果进行了处理,并与有限元模态分析结果比较。结果表明:两种简化模型的有限元模态分析与试验结果相吻合,频率误差均在10%以内,验证了有限元模型的正确性和可靠性,确保了臂架系统有限元分析的准确性。 In the light of the issue of a truss,FEA model with beam element and shell element were built respectively in ABAQUS,and its low order natural frequencies and mode shapes were obtained through FEA modal analysis.Then the modal analysis of the truss is conducted to exercise the system by hammering test.The results are compared between the FEA modal analysis and the test modal analysis using LMS PolyMAX.The results shows that the analytic modal results with two FEA element types are in accordance with test modal results,which the corresponding frequency errors are within 10%.The results prove that the FEA analysis is correct,which assure the correctness of the analysis of the boom system.
