摘要
用水、50%乙醇、80%乙醇和95%乙醇从黄顶菊叶片中提取活性成分,初步探讨了其抑菌作用,结果表明,黄顶菊提取物对大肠杆菌、产气杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中乙醇提取液抑菌效果强于水提取液,且80%乙醇提取物抑菌作用最强;4种溶剂提取物对大肠杆菌的抑制效果最强。
The active ingredients extracted from leaves of Flaveria bidentis with water(PWE) and alcohol(PAE,50%、80%and 95% ethanol)in Hengshui Lake were invesitigated for the antibacterial activity.The result indicated that extracts from Flaveria bidentis had distinct inhibited effects on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Clostridium perfringens.The 80% alcohol extracts had the most prominent effect on the three kinds of bacteria.The effectiveness of PWE and PAE extracts on Escherichia coli was better than the others.
