锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO_4/C的性能研究 被引量:2

The Study of Cathode Materials LiFePO_4/C for Lithium Battery

摘要 为降低磷酸亚铁锂的制备成本,以FePO4、Li2CO3和蔗糖为原料,采用埋炭保护结合碳热还原的方法合成LiFePO4/C电极材料。通过XRD、SEM、电化学性能测试,研究了该工艺下合成材料的性能。试验结果表明:采用埋炭保护结合碳热还原的方法成功合成了LiFePO4/C电极材料;该工艺下合成的材料具有较好的低倍率可逆性,且30周后的放电比容量为140.9 mAh/g,容量保持率为94.1%。 In order to reduce the cost of LiFePO4,the method of charcoal shield combined with carbothermal reduction was used to synthesize LiFePO4/C electrode material,and FePO4,Li2CO3 and cane sugar used as raw material.The performance of sample synthesized in these technics was studied by XRD,SEM and electrochemical test.The result indicated that LiFePO4/C electrode material was successfully synthesized by the method of charcoal shield combined with carbothermal reduction.It had good reversibility at low rate,and after 30 cycles,the discharge capacity of sample was 140.9 mAh/g,and the capacity retention was 94.1%.
