摘要
对氨法脱碳的主要产物碳酸氢铵的分解过程进行了实验,研究此过程的可行性。结果表明,不同温度下碳酸氢铵溶液的分解过程是不同的。随着温度的升高,CO2的解析比率升高,铵的损失也升高。随着碳酸氢铵溶液的增大,CO2的解析比率升高,铵的损失也升高,但升高的趋势在不断变缓。
The progress of dissociation of ammonium acid carbonate was studied for the regeneration of absorbent.The results showed that at different temperature,the progress of dissociation was different,with the temperature increasing,the emission rate of carbon dioxide and loss rate of ammonium increased,and with the concentration of ammonium acid carbonate increasing,the emission rate of carbon dioxide and loss rate of ammonium increased,but this trend became moderate.
