摘要
该文用均匀设计的方法,在微乳液体系中(吐温/n-正丁醇/n-正已烷/水)通过对Zn(Ⅱ)-H2Dz的光度分析,得到最佳增敏条件。结果表明,与水体系比较,该微乳液体系有较好的增敏作用,测定条件更为宽容,测定结果令人满意。
By using the method of Uniform Design,The photometrical analysis of Zn (Ⅱ)-H2Dz in the microemulsion medium (span 80/n-butyl alcholo/n-hexane/water)has acquired the best condition of sensitization. The result shows,compared with water meduim,that this microemulsion medium can increase test sensitivity,and some tests have more better conditions. Sample analysis has acquired satisfying result.
