摘要
分析在微弱电流信号放大过程中由放大电路自身带来的各类噪声及其在电路输出端所产生的影响.用正弦波发生器法辅以锁相放大器(LIA)实现对放大电路噪声因子NF值的测量,进而判定各类放大器的最佳工作区间.
This paper analyzes variable kinds of noise come from the amplifying circuit itself in the process of amplifying the small current signal, and their effects on the output part of the circuit. Also we measured the value of noise figure of the amplifying circuit by the method of the generator of sine wave support with a Lock-in Amplifier, by this way we can find out the best work region of different kinds of amplifiers.
