摘要
介绍移相扫描电光采样的基本原理，对电光信号检测理论进行分析，并给出实际测量方法和结果．
In this paper, an electro-optic sampling system set up by means of electronic phase shift scanning method is introduced. The theory of the electro-optic signal measurement is analyzed and the actual measurement method and the result of the system are presented.
