单模激光中的饱和效应与色泵噪声

摘要 研究了单模激光色损失模型和色增益模型的统计性质,得到了其光强定态几率分布、光强平均值和n 阶矩的解析表达式,分析了单模激光中的饱和效应.通过比较发现当电场空腔衰减速率较大,泵参数a0 较小时,两模型给出的结果的差别较小;反之,差别较大.噪声的关联时间对两模型的结果也有很大的影响. The statistical properties of the single mode laser colored loss noise model and the colored gain noise model are investigated. Analytic expressions for the probability, the mean and the variance of the steady state laser intensity are obtained. The saturation effects of the single mode laser are also studied. By comparison, it is found that when the cavity decay rate for the electric field is high and the pump parameter a 0 is low, the differences between the results obtained for the two laser models are small, and vice versa. It is found also that the correlation time of the noise shows remarkable influence on the results.
