摘要
目的探讨孕产妇分娩前后的心理特点及护理对策。方法将入院治疗的620例产妇随机分为研究组和对照组各310例。研究组采用心理护理程序,对照组给予常规基础护理。观察2组孕产妇产后的并发症及满意率等情况。结果研究组产后并发症显著低于对照组(P<0.05),满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在孕产妇分娩过程中有重要作用,促进自然分娩,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the physical states and psychological nursing method of women before and after delivery.Methods 610 parturient in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups on average：study group and control group.Psychological nursing were used in study group,and regular nursing were used in control group,then the rate of complications and patient satisfaction rate were compared.Results Parturient complications in study group were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）,and the patient satisfaction rate in study group was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The psychological nursing of women before and after delivery is playing important roles in speeding nature delivery,reducing the rate of complications,so it deserves application and promotion in clinical work.
