摘要
以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和双氰胺(DCD)为原料,合成了新型脱色剂.用IR、1 H NMR和13C NMR等方法对其结构进行了表征,探讨了脱色剂溶解度随pH 值变化的规律,研究了脱色剂对活性染料的絮凝脱色的性能.结果表明,脱色剂是侧链带有多种极性基团的聚合物;它在酸性条件下溶解度较小,碱性条件下溶解度较大;脱色剂对活性染料的脱色是有效的.在絮凝脱色研究基础上,用IR分析以及平衡渗析实验探讨了脱色剂与多种染料的相互作用.实验结果表明,脱色剂的絮凝效果在酸性条件下显著.相互作用研究显示,脱色剂分子侧链的氨基与活性染料的磺酸基发生了键合作用.脱色剂与蒽醌型活性染料的结合存在特殊的温度依赖性,结合程度在25℃最大;脱色剂与活性染料分子间除了极性基团间相互作用外,还存在疏水相互作用.
A new decolorant was prepared by reaction of polyacrylonitrile with dicyandiamide. Its structure was characterized with the methods of IR、 1H NMR、and 13 C NMR. The rule of the solubility with the change of pH was explored. The efficiency of decolorization of reactive dyes by the decolorant was studied. The results showed that the decolorant is the polymer whose side chain has many kinds of polar groups, its solubility is small in acid and is big in base, the decolorization of reactive dyes by the decolorant was effective. Based on the flocculation study of reactive dyes in water by the decolorant, the interaction mechanism of the decolorant with reactive dyes was explored. The results showed that the efficiency of decolorization of dyes by the decolorant is better in acid condition. The reaction of amino in the decolorant side chain with sulfonic acid group in reaction dyes occurs. Moreover, there is peculiar temperature dependence of the binding of reactive dye KN R by the decolorant and the binding extent reaches to maximum at 25℃. Besides the interaction of polar groups between the decolorant and reaction dyes, there is hydrophobic interaction between them.
