摘要
本文介绍了高炉热风炉悬链线拱顶砖多段圆弧拟合计算新方法,用计算机语言编程计算砖的尺寸,砖的层数,每层砖的类型、数量,每层砖组合误差等,并用C#编写界面。提高热风炉拱顶砖计算精度,减少了设计计算时间,便于使用。
This article describes the multi-arc fitting method to calculate arch bricks with suspended chain line for Blast-furnace Hot Stove,by computer programming,such as the size of brick,brick layers,each brick＇s type,quantity,the error caused by the combination,etc..A visual interface is given by using c#.This design improves the accuracy of the arch bricks and reduces the time of calculation.And the program is easy to be used.
