摘要
为了深入贯彻落实科学发展观,引导和规范氮肥、甲醇行业的结构调整以及促进氮肥、甲醇工业的可持续发展,中国氮肥工业协会编制了《氮肥行业"十二.五"发展规划》(讨论稿)及《甲醇行业"十二.五"发展规划》(讨论稿)。为配合规划的实施,中国氮肥工业协会技术委员会提出并组织专家开展了《氮肥、甲醇工业"十二.五"技术发展规划研究》课题的相关工作。本文对《氮肥、甲醇工业"十二.五"技术发展规划研究》中的6项子课题进行了介绍。
With a view to intensifying the implementation of scientific development outlook, guiding and specifying structural adjustment of the nitrogenous fertilizer and methanol industry, and promoting the sustainable progress of the nitrogenous fertilizer ancl methanol industry, the China Nitrogenous Fertilizer Industry Association has drawn up the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Development Program for the Nitrogenous Fertilizer Industry＂ （ Draft for Discussion） and the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Development Program for the Methanol Industry＂ （Draft for Discussion）. In order to support the implementation of the program, the Technological Committee of the China Nitrogenous Fertilizer Industry Association has proposed and organized experts to carry on relevant work on the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Development Program Study of the Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Methanol Industry＂ tasks, of which six subordinate tasks have been explained.
