摘要
某超临界700 MW机组直流锅炉等离子燃烧器在实际应用中存在等离子发生器断弧、燃烧器超温、锅炉受热面超温等问题。对此,提出了调整等离子参数,点火前加大给水流量,改进燃烧系统起动与运行方式等措施。实施后,锅炉点火和稳燃用油明显减少,受热面管壁不超温,而且锅炉点火初期就可投入电除尘器和脱硫装置,避免了因燃烧油使这些装置不能投入而造成烟尘和二氧化硫大量排放的问题。
In practical application of the plasma burners for once-through boiler of one supercritical 700 MW unit,problem of arc interruption is existing,leading to overtemperature of burners and heating surface in said boiler.For this,some measures,such as adjusting parameters of plasma,increasing feed-water flow rate before ignition,improving start-up and operation mode of the combustion system,etc.have been put forward.After implementation,fuel oil used for ignition and combustion stabilization has been remarkably reduced,overtemperature of tube-wall on the heating surface has never occurred,and the electrostatic precipitator and desulphurization facility of the boiler can be put into service at initial time of ignition,avoiding problem of large quantity emission of SO2 and NOx due to fuel oil can't be timely injected,having substantial economic and social benefits.
