摘要
采用流化床燃烧生物质过程中床料团聚结渣对系统的正常运行会造成严重影响。阐述了生物质流化床床料团聚结渣的流体力学原因和热化学机理;基于13种生物质成分分析和流化床试验结果,着重分析和验证了3种生物质结渣判别指标的可靠性。利用碱性氧化物指数(AI)、铁/碱金属比(BAI)和碱土金属/碱金属比(I),能够准确判别生物质燃烧的结渣倾向。
In the burning process of biomass fuel in the fluidized bed,the reunion slagging of bed material affects seriously the normal operation of system.The fluid mechanics and the thermo-chemical mechanisms of reunion slagging for biomass bed material in the fluidized bed have been expounded,and based on analysis of thirteen biomass components and test results in the fluidized bed,the reliability of distinguishing index for slagging of three biomass fuels being emphatically analysed and verified.By using alkaline oxide index(AI),iron/alkaline metal ratio(BAI),and alkaline-earth metal/alkaline metal ratio(I),all can distinguish the slagging tendency of burning biomass.
