摘要
目的探讨肛肠合器直肠切除术(STARR)治疗直肠前突的临床疗效。方法对5例直肠前突经STARR手术治疗后的临床资料进行分析总结。结果全部病例排便困难症状明显改善。结论 STARR手术治疗直肠前突是一种临床疗效显著、安全可靠的新方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and operational technique of Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection（STARR）.Methods Clinical data of ten cases underwent STARR operation for rectocele in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Irregular defecation of all cases were changed correctly.Conclusion STARR operation was a new significant clinical method with efficiency,safety and reliability for rectocele.
