摘要
目的研究乌鲁木齐市汉族大学生上前牙天然牙的色度值,为临床制作仿真修复体提供参考。方法采用数码相机及计算机色度分析系统采集、分析18-25岁乌鲁木齐市汉族大学生906颗上前牙天然牙的色度值。结果上前牙从中切牙向尖牙方向均呈现明度逐渐降低,彩度逐渐增大;各个牙位的不同部位牙面的色度值也有变化,其中上前牙中1/3的明度值最大,彩度值最小,颈1/3的明度值和彩度值均高于切1/3。结论乌鲁木齐市18-25岁汉族大学生的上前牙以及每个牙面颈、中、切3个区域的色度值有一定的规律。
Objective To study the color of college students′ maxillary anterior teeth and to provide reference in making restorations.Methods 906 anterior teeth of 18～25 years old college students were included.Color analysis system of digital camera and computer were used to measure L,a and b values of anterior teeth and every tooth′s cerver,middle,incer areas.Results Form central incisor to cuspid,L values changed from high to low,and a,b values changed from low to high;The color in different area of tooth were variable： In middle 1/3,L values were highest,but a and b values were lowest,the L,a and b values in 1/3 were higher than in 1/3.Comclusion In Urumqi,the color distributing of anterior teeth and three area of every tooth in college students has a rule.
