粉防己碱逆转多药耐药的研究进展 被引量:2

Research advance in tetrandrine's inhibition action on multidrug resistance

摘要 对多药耐药的作用机制以及粉防己碱(tetrandrine,Tet)对多药耐药的逆转作用及其可能机制等作一概述。粉防己碱的多药耐药的可能机制包括抑制P-gp的功能、诱导细胞凋亡、下调蛋白激酶C(PKC)的活性、影响转录因子调控蛋白NFκB(nuclear factorkappaB)、影响耐药细胞钙离子浓度等。 This paper summarizes the mechanisms of multidrug resistance(MDR) and the probable mechanism of the tetrandrine's inhibition action on MDR.The possible mechanisms include: inhibiting the function of P-glycoprotein,inducing cell apoptosis,decreasing the activity of protein kinaseC(PKC),influencing the expression of nuclear factor kappaB and the level of intracellular calcium.
