摘要
按照长安475Q混合动力发动机开发要求,利用GT-POWER软件建立了汽油机工作过程的仿真模型,通过外特性数据的对比,用试验验证了所建模型的合理性。然后基于Atkinson循环的原理,利用该模型优化了压缩比和配气相位。据此,对原汽油机进行改进,并进行了台架性能试验。结果表明,改进后的发动机能满足混合动力汽车对发动机性能的要求。
According to the development requirements of CA-475Q hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) engine,and by using software GT-POWER,a simulation model for the gasoline engine is built,whose rationality is then verified by test on the data of external characteristics.Then based on the principle of Atkinson cycle,the compression ratio and valve timing of the model are optimized.On this basis,the engine is modified and its performance is tested on bench.The results show that the modified engine meets the requirements of HEV on engine performance.
