摘要
提出治疗痹证应结合应用局部辨证的观点．论述了局部辨证含义及应用方法．并结合典型病例，对上下肢的辨治方法，作出了具体说明．力图揭示痹证治疗中，结合应用局部辨证的临床意义．
It is put forward that treating arthralgia syndrome must integrate with local differentiation of syndromes.The meaning of local differentiation of syndromes and methods for the application are expouded.The special explainations are given by typical cases for the method of differentiation of syndromes and treatments of up and down limb.It may be used to reveal the clinical meaning of integrating with local differentiation of syndromes in treating arhtralgia sydrome.
