摘要
高校创业型人才培养是高等教育人才培养体系中的重要组成部分。创业型人才培养必须改变传统的教学模式,开展大学生创业教育。高校创业型人才培养要建立纵向领导协调机制和横向部门协同工作机制,创业教育课程结构的设置必须突出创业型活动课程的地位和作用,要注意活动课程与相应的学科课程的结合与渗透。高校开展创业教育,必须加强校内教师培训工作,积极引进各类人才,针对大学生开展灵活多样的创业实践活动。
University entrepreneurial talent training is an important component of the talent training system of higher education.Entrepreneurial talent training must change the traditional teaching model,and carry out the entrepreneurship education of college students.University entrepreneurial talent training should establish the vertical leading coordination mechanisms and horizontal cooperative work mechanism,the setting of the enterprise education course structure must be highlight the status and role of the entrepreneurial activities course,pay attention to the combination and penetration of the activities curriculum and the corresponding discipline course.To carry out the entrepreneurship education, the universities should strengthen the teacher training,actively introduce all kinds of talent,and carry out flexible entrepreneurial practice for students.
