摘要
本文对氮化硅陶瓷材料在不同湿度的三种气体(空气、氮气、氩气)环境中的摩擦、磨损特性进行了试验研究(摩擦面无润滑)。结果表明,对于上述三种气体,干燥时的摩擦系数小而磨损量大,加湿时的摩擦系数大而磨损量小。比较三种干燥气体,空气中的磨损量最小,氩气中的最大;而对于加湿气体,则氩气中的磨损量最小而空气中的最大。
In this paper, the tribological characteristics ( under dry friction ) of silicon nitride ceramic in three kinds of gas ( air, nitrogen and argon ) under different humidity are studied experimentally. The results show that for these gases, the friction coefficients are lower and the wear quantities are higher in dry gases than those of in moist gases. As comparison, the wear quantity is the lowest in dry air and the highest in dry argon.In moist gases, the wear quantity is the lowest in argon, but the highest in air.
