摘要
随着印染技术的发展,其生产工艺有很大改进,同时更多的化学印染助剂与化工原料广泛的应用于印染生产中,导致印染废水成份日趋复杂,对其治理难度增大。本文通过对技术更新前后的印染废水中 C O D Mn 与 C O D Cr 测定相关性研究结果表明:(1) 印染废水中可生化性有机物成份呈下降趋势;(2) C O D Mn 测定值越接近 C O D Cr 测定值时,废水中可生化物成分增大,与传统的 B O D5 与 C O D Cr 相关性研究结论相一致;(3) 依据 C O D Mn 与 C O D Cr 测定相关性,以 C O D Mn 值为印染废水的治理达到最佳的、经济的、行之有效的处理效果提供可靠的数据。
With the progress in printing and dyeing technology of production technics has been more improved. At one time, more chemical dyeing coloring matter and chemical material was used in printing and dyeing producing. The component of this waste water becoming more complex of the waste water treatment are increasing the paper relative study on COD\-\{Mn\} and COD\-\{Cr\} o dyeing waste water on improving technology before or later have shown: (1)The component of biology oxidation organic compound in dyeing waste water are decreasing; (2)When COD\-\{Mn\} closed to COD\-\{Cr\}, the component of biology oxidation organic compound in waste water increased, original BOD\-5 and COD\-\{Cr\} relative studying the someness event; (3)According to RELATIVE COD\-\{Mn\} and COD\-\{Cr\} measuring, the value of COD\-\{Mn\} for dyeing waste water control to reach first-rank, economic, effective treatment effect provided credible data.
