摘要
目的探讨士的宁敏感的甘氨酸受体与丙泊酚催眠作用的关系。方法小鼠腹腔注射丙泊酚建立催眠模型,在催醒实验中观察侧脑室注射不同剂量士的宁对小鼠睡眠时间的影响。结果侧脑室注射士的宁可以缩短丙泊酚麻醉小鼠的睡眠时间(P<0.05)。结论士的宁敏感的甘氨酸受体可能是丙泊酚催眠作用的靶位之一。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between strychnine-sensitive glycin receptor and the hypnotic effect of propofol.Methods:The mice model of hypnosis was established by intraperitoneally injecting(ip) appropriate dose of propofol,and the effect of strychnine with different dose on the sleeping time(ST) was observed in awaken test,which was intracerebroventricularly(icv) injected.Results:Strychnine(icv) intracerebroventricularly(icv) injected could decrease the sleeping time of the mice treated with propofol(P0.05).Conclusion:Strychnine-sensitive glycin receptor may be one of the important targets for the hypnotic effect of propofol.
