摘要
创新与核心能力存在着必然的关联,论文基于创新与核心能力关联模型,以安徽省农业装备制造行业2006-2009年面板数据为例进行实证和计量经济研究。分析表明了创新与核心能力之间存在较显著正相关关系;技术创新和学习型组织两大典型变量对于组织可持续发展及资本收益的影响,为探索提升行业核心能力的基本路径提供了依据。
There is still a lack of econometric and empirical research on the relationship between innovation and core competence in academia,although the relationship does work.Taking the panel data of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2009 as an example,the paper constructs a correlation model,based on which the canonical correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between innovation and core competence.Above all,the typical variable model also provides the first and the second typical variables,whose effects on sustainable development and capital gain provide a basis for the path of promoting core competence of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry in Anhui Province.
