摘要
采用多粒度二元语义对非常规突发事件进行应急管理决策。首先将专家给出的语言评价信息用二元语义的形式来表示;然后从多个语言变量集中选择一个基本语言集并将多粒度语言信息一致化,再通过集结算子对专家信息进行集结,得到非常规突发事件群体综合评价结果;最后,给出算例说明了该方法的有效性。
An approach based on two-puple linguistic with Multi-granular linguistic was used to deal with unconventional emergent events.Firstly,linguistic preference information was transformed into the form of two-puple linguistic.Secondly,the basic linguistic term set was constructed and the computational formulae were given to uniform the multi-granular linguistic into the normalized representation of the two-puple linguistic.Then,based on the two-tuple order weighted average(T-OWA) and weighted average(T-WA),every individual's preference information was aggregated into the group preference information and the most desirable alternative was selected.Finally,a numerical example illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
