摘要
目前儿科教学面临学员自主学习能力较弱的问题,培养和提高学员的自主学习能力,不仅能有效完成在校期间的教学任务,并能在毕业后的临床工作中发挥明显作用。在临床见习、实习阶段引入执业医师资格考试儿科部分大纲和内容,可有效提高学员学习积极性和培养其自主学习能力,为其在校和毕业后学习儿科相关知识和技能培养自主学习能力。
The current autonomous learning ability of medical students in pediatrics is not so satisfactory.To improve the medical students＇ autonomous learning ability is not only helpful to finishing the learning task in medical school,but also to dealing with the clinical affairs after graduation.It is possible to improve the students＇ learning activity and autonomous learning ability when they meet the demand of pediatrics knowledge in the examination for the qualifications of doctors for medical clerks and interns.Therefore,it is necessary to improve their autonomous learning ability in pediatric study before and after graduation.
