摘要
以2000～2009年间Web of Science数据库收录的1542篇电子政务研究领域的论文为研究对象,采取文献计量学的方法,对论文的年度、期刊、国家/地区、语种、研究机构、作者、关键词以及学科分布及其影响等方面进行分析,从定量和定性的角度揭示国际上电子政务的研究热点、分布格局和发展趋势,以期加深我国对国际电子政务研究的了解,进而为提高我国电子政务研究的步伐提供可借鉴的参考。
A sample of 1542 research papers in the citation database Web of Science from 2000 to 2009 in the field of electronic government were analyzed using bibliometric methods,focusing on the publication year,journal title,country/territory,language,institution name,authorship,keyword,subject categories and their impacts on other subjects.The quantitative and qualititative results were reported to reveal the heated research topics,distribution characteristics and development trends of electronic government research in international context.Suggestions were proposed for China to have an in-depth knowledge of international research and foster domestic research in electronic government.
