2型糖尿病患者血清TGA、TPO-Ab及甲状腺激素检测的评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨检测2型糖尿病(DM2)患者血清TGA、TPO-Ab及甲状腺激素含量的临床意义。方法:采用化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)测定82例DM2患者血清中甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)及游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和促甲状腺素(TSH)水平。结果:与68例正常对照组比较,DM2患者TPO-Ab有显著增高(P<0.05),TGA水平无差异(P>0.05),且轻症组FT3、FT4水平低于对照组(P<0.05),重症组FT3、FT4水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而TSH水平无差异(P>0.05)。结论:DM2患者血清TPO-Ab、FT3、FT4有异常,且与疾病严重程度密切相关,有利于疗效观察和预后判断。 Objective To discuss the clinical values of serum thyroid globulin antibody(TGA),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab) and thyroxine in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Serum levels of TGA,TPO-Ab,thyroxine(including FT3 and FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) were measured in 82 patients with type 2 diabetes by means of chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA).Results Compared with the control group,serum levels of TPO-Ab were significantly increased in diabetics(P0.05),while levels of serum TGA exhibited no difference(P0.05).We also observed that the concentrations of FT3 and FT4 in group of patients with slight symptoms were lower as compared with the control group(P0.05) and it was remarkably lower in those with severe symptoms(P0.01).However,there were no difference in terms of serum levels of TSH(P0.05).Conclusion Serum concentrations of TPO-Ab,FT3 and FT4 were abnormal in patients with type 2 diabetes and the anomaly degree was linked to disease severity in diabetics,which may help to estimate the therapeutic effect and prognosis of the disease.
