摘要
采用活化石灰、活化粉煤灰和外加剂等综合技术途径,制各密度小于1000kg/m3、抗压强度大于15MPa的超高强度加气检。研究表明,活化石灰、活化粉煤灰可加达加气破在蒸压养护过程中的水热合成反应,使孔问壁更加致密、水化物匹配合理。超高强度加气检可代替粘土砖用于承重砌体结构。
Ultra - high strength aerated concrete with a volume density of below 1000kg/m3 and compressive strength of above 15 MPa can be produced by adopting comprehensive technical means such as activated lime, activated fly ash and adndxtures. The study shows that activated lime and activated fly ash can accelerate the hydrothermal synthesis reaction of aerated concrete in the autoclaving process, thus rnaking the walls among pores more condense and the xnatching of the hydrates rational. The ultra - high strength aerated concrete can be used in loadbearing masoriry structures to replace clay bricks.
